Awful experience. Went the week before and the PA said a rude remark. Which I excused and made sure to request someone else... Made the mistake of going again this week and the doctor was very short and rude. Even asked my son "so, how many days of school have you missed for this?" (Which was NONE). I feel like he was trying to insinuate that he was doing it for a school excuse. My son has been hacking his lungs out for over a week since our previous visit. Now his ears hurt, so I thought it progressed into something more. In under 10 seconds the doctor was able to determine it was nothing but a common cold and "a common cold has not cure" "lots of fluids and time". It was his short, rude, careless attitude that was the worse thing about all of it. They should change the name to #doctorswhodon'tcare

Dr Rivell seen me all of five minutes and dismissed my sinus infection as a common cold and that sinus infections were not to be treated with antibiotics. I came in looking for relief not a cure. He never asked what meds I was currently taking to see if I should try something else, didn't even offer nasal spray. I go to the er... I get steroids, nasal spray, and cough syrup to help with my symptoms just a couple hours after leaving with "you'll be ok" from Rivell. He's a quack
