Took an impromptu drug test to prove a point for work! Ruth was a godsend and took care of me!

Went for a stye , they did nothing but prescribed antibiotics which the ER said I didn't need . 180 to be told they're nothing she can do for me because it's my eye and she can't touch eyes.

Staff was amazing and so helpful, so good to my daughter we are not from around here and don't know anything about the area at all. They guided me to a 24 hour pharmacy near by and offered support during a situation where my family and I are in need. I'm a single mother with 2 beautiful children and we are in a family shelter and had to be moved for 4th time and now to s town we've never even stepped foot in so there is a lot going on and they never judge ever. Offered moral support and did everything they could to make it easier for me for sure.

It was easy to schedule an appointment the same morning. I have been to this facility before and they do not seem to be as well staffed. They had no radiologist and sent me to the hospital for an xray, that I still have not received the results. It has been 5 days and not even a follow up. I will not be visiting this urgent care facility again.

Went in for DOT physical, I’m a repeat customer lol. I’ve never been disappointed with the service. Highly recommend

I went in for a sore throat, was talked into getting a shot of a steroid into my right arm and the nurse practitioner messed up and hit something in my arm resulting in my arm going paralyzed shortly with extreme pressure and heavyness and I was sent to the ER. they not only denied me access to the nurses name to report her but they also ripped my discharge paperwork out of the emts hand so I couldn’t see the nurses name.

The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. From the front desk to the back clinical area. Everyone shows compassion and understanding for those who are sick in need of care. I appreciate the way I was treated. I felt in good hands. The wait seemed long, and there were alot of people waiting ahead of me yet, the staff kept a great flow of patient visits. I always choose this location. AFC is by far the best urgent care facility. Thank you

There was two check in assistance a man and a woman they were great the woman called me up to the desk to make sure all was good on my paperwork.

Went in this morning due to illness. I was seen quick . No long waits and great staff n great service. Very satisfied.
