Receptionist told me to wait outside in the hot weather.While other people are coughing and sneezing inside.She was very rude and condescending towards me.Didn’t realize it was going to be over 2 hours waiting time.Kaiser permanente was closed during the thanksgiving holiday so I chose to go here,but after this incident never again!!!
