Went to the clinic because I have been sick for the last three days, lost my voice, sore throat, severe cough, congested in my head in my chest and both of my ears, coughing up mucus blowing out mucus. The doctor saw me for less than two minutes, basically told me I was not sick and needed to take vitamins. Proceeded to send over a bunch of useless prescriptions and sent me home.

My son developed a sore throat that we knew from experience was strep. We couldn't get into the pediatrician but we can always get an appointment here. He was positive for strep. Meds were sent to the pharmacy and he is on his way to feeling better. As I write this review we are waiting to be seen with my other kiddo that is now having the same symptoms. Yay strep! 🙄 But it's nice to have a place close to home with easy appointments.

Very friendly & Great communication, I like Doctors Urgent Care better than any PCP office I’ve ever been to.

Anytime my family is sick with a cold/flu etc. we always come here. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Wait time is usually very little, we are usually in and out. Way faster than a trip to the big hospital urgent cares or pediatrician. Definitely recommend all the doctors here!

I was a walk in a dealt with on arrival. I had a leg wound that needed attention the receptionist, doctor’s assistant and NP were cordial and professional. Left with a prescription to handle the situation.

My foot is all swollen and can hardly walk I asked the Dr to call my meds in to Heb instead of my usual pharmacy and he didn’t. Still waiting on my meds from Heb .

Scheduling was easy and I got an appointment the same day for a UTI. Check-in easy, staff nice and care was. They did a urine test and labs - sending scripts to HEB pharmacy. I have used them several times and would recommend using this urgent care.

Receptionist was quick and efficient. No wait time. Doctor was informative, friendly, and thorough. Hopefully we don’t need to visit urgent care again, but if we do, will definitely come back here.

Wait time was slow. Explanation of what part of the ear that was infected was a little confusing. Drops vs oral antibiotics and when to take them was confusing as well.

Was quickly seen, diagnosed, issue verified and treated.
