I realized after 4 days on OTC meds I wasn't getting any better. Called Doctors Urgent Care and was told to schedule on the website which was very user friendly. Got in when I requested. Doctor recognized my symptoms and called in meds immediately. Was home with meds in early afternoon, same day. Staff was very friendly, compassionate and caring. I wish this office was my PCP! Woke up with heavy back ache and was just unable to move. Came to the urgent care and got me received promptly and got taken care of. Staff was sweet and empathetic, The doctor was very sweet, patiently heard me and gave me proper medication that helped me relieve of pain soon. I would prefer her any-day suggesting me on my health and proper medication.

Tried to get appt online. Never heard back even after a "chat". Went as a "walk in". Was seen promptly, courteously and professionally. They do not try to order unneeded tests or procedures. I would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

Came back from trip to Chicago feeling sick, I’ve used Dr’s urgent care northlake previously and the care was exceptional, as expected the staff was attentive and caring.  I would recommend that anyone needing care to not hesitate if thinking about booking an appointment, you won’t be sorry and will likely be visiting again should you need treatment.  Thanks to the entire staff, job well done!
