From my making my appointment to going back home was incredible.  The staff was so understanding and friendly, I  Could not have asked for better treatment.  Thank you taking such good care of me.

My insurance company referred me to Doctors Care.  Scheduling was easy and paperwork was clear cut and not difficult to complete.  We arrived early and were seen at our scheduled appointment time.  Zachary was caring and took all the basic data needed so a proper diagnosis could be made.  Neda (the PA) introduced herself (extremely rare but very welcome) when she entered the room.  She asked pertinent questions and made a diagnosis.  She answered all of our questions and took her time to ensure we were satisfied with her recommendations.  Jennifer at the scheduling desk was very thorough and friendly. We were impressed with the entire staff and will recommend to others.  Keep up the great work and thanks.   Feeling better soon!!

Couldn’t understand why the people that didn’t have an appt were taken before my wife who had an appt. Receptionist said they were put in the que because they had filled out paperwork.  Appts should be honored and walkins should have to wait.

The staff from check-in to check-out is friendly, professional and always solve the problem.   I’m glad it’s so close to my home.

This is the third time I’ve used Doctors Urgent Care.  Each time I’ve gotten an appt quickly.  I hardly have to wait, including when I’m in the examination room.  The doctors listen thoroughly to my symptoms and treat accordingly.  They are wonderful!

I woke up this Morning with Flu symptoms. My son was just here two days prior for care for the Flu. Checkin was easy. No real wait in the lobby. Right to the point, diagnosed and received script. Very easy and quick when you are feeling terrible.
