Staff was pleasant and I had very little wait time as I had a scheduled appointment.  Online booking was fine, but repetitive as I've been to this location three times and grow weary of keep having to provide the same info time after time.  I had to come back two days after my initial appointment as my ear  blockage was not resolved, and of course pay twice.  I would suggest purchasing the proper equipment as the scope/scoop available at the urgent care was inadequate to do the job, and so I now have to go to an ENT- in 10 days as they are all booked up and my ear is still killing me.

I woke up scared with a lump I found at my body but by leaving there I got the treated and was relieved due to his carefully the Nurse took her time to calm me down and explain my diagnosis to me carefully taking away my worries. Her empathy was everything I needed

Walked in early and was greeted by a wonderful young lady. All were great and welcoming. I suspected UTI and he agreed after test and I agreed to pay additional for additional outside testing as recommended for second set of eyes. I felt they really cared to make the suggestion. I highly recommend this facility.

Awesome people! I went in 15 minutes before closing on Thanksgiving day ans was outa there in 45 minutes feeling a whole lot better. I was gonna tough it out, but glad I went. Was very cost effective also. Thanks to the NP that saw me.
