The doctor barely looked at my son and said he was fine. Turns out he has a ruptured ear drum. Very disappointed.

My toddler was not in mood AT ALL. & they were very patient with her & I. Very helpful and respectful.

We returned to this location for the 2nd time within 1 week. First time was for respiratory issue, which went away after doctors care and prescription, and this time for a UTI which she was treated professionally and prescribed another medication. Hopefully with the same quick results. Great staff and location. Thank you to the entire team.

The Dr has a donation bin for a church that has not picked up the donations in several weeks so I called the church and asked them if I could have the donation for the nonprofit organization I work for to give to the homeless the church said yes and asked if I could bring their bin back to them I told them I could when I told the Dr that I was going to take the bin back to the church and take the donations to the homeless he refused to let me have the donations and the bin stating he wasn't going to get involved with the church and my agreement after I told him I could call the church back to verify what had been said what a truly thoughtful individual come on dude I wasn't hurting you I was helping you and the church out and you refuse wtf is wrong with you are you a heartless bastard or just plain rude

Quickest sick visit ever! Easy appointment scheduled, check in. Friendly nurse and quick Dr response time. Highly recommend. We are regular out of state visitors and appreciate the great experience.

I LOVE this urgent care. I’m so happy they opened in The Woodlands. The front desk lady was so kind and welcoming. The nurse was very thorough and sweet as well. The doctor I saw today was very helpful with my ear pain and giving me a treatment plan. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand what was causing my ear pain. The app makes it so easy to book an appointment too. I highly recommend this urgent care!
