Not a great experience at ALL.  Came early. The guy who triaged me was very pleasant > no issue with him at all. That the issue was is that I have a horrible cough and wanted to get here quick . Covering moth over my shirt when I was coughing. I asked the man if they had an extra mask out of curtesy for other patients and staff and he said he has an old one he is using and honestly it was and old crumbled up one on his face. I could not believe no masks in a dr office. Then come to find out the PA was unfortunately in a car accident. I waited over an hour to be seen but is ok > things happen. The PA that saw me wore no mask. His choice obviously but are there protocols in this office if a patient is coughing for the PA to wear a mask? Second. He did an exam and when looked at throat said was red. No light shined inside. Was a total different experience that my prior visits. I will find another urgent care office and from this experience would not recommend . A call would be appreciated

This is a great place to go when you’re feeling unwell. I have taken my mom here before and always had great service. The staff is very kind and friendly. I went here myself based on the experiences from bringing my mom. I received the same upbeat, timely and kind services from Dr. G’s. I definitely recommend going to the Fort Lauderdale location! They are awesome!
