My externship at health r us was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was supported in my learning while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.

Woke up with sore throat this morning and was able to make a same day appt, got my meds, and on the mend. Violet was great. Only bummer was waiting for 40 minutes past my appt time to be called with only 3 others in the waiting room.

I had an appointment for a physical. My appointment time was at 1:15 yesterday. When I was waiting in the office to be called, no one called me. I then got a message that my appointment was changed to 3:15 only notification was on text message. At 2:45 came i still was not called back. You guys did not give me any courtesy just change my appointment while I was in the waiting room. So I left.

Very friendly staff. I like that I was able to make an appointment, but still had to wait about 40 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and professional.  Wait time was reasonable.  Next appointment was made very quickly and was a lot smoother than expected.

You let me make an appointment when you were closed. You also sent me a text wanting my insurance information confirming my appointment and another text. Confirming the time when you weren’t even open this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Why would you have your automated system working when you’re closed and let someone make an appointment that is sick thinking that they’re going to get help when you’re not even open. So when you’re ready to actually see patients, maybe you’ll figure out how to do it correctly so that people can get healthcare.

Well woman at the window was lovely I think her name is Cathy although the girl next to her was falling asleep. Cathy was so kind and helpful each time. The nurse taking my vitals was sweet and very kind as well. The PA was so nice and informative. I overall had a beautiful experience at this clinic. I would highly recommend this provider

Staff was great today and the doctor was very informative and helpful...didn't take over an hour I'd say with nakin an appointment

I woke up this morning in a rush time was very hectic for me. I wasn’t sure I was gonna make it so I just showed up and sure enough Kathy she was very helpful with the assistance and she helped me out and I got able to finish my physical one time thank you guys.
