Staff are always pleasant and caring. Doctor was thorough.

My grandson woke up with a high fever and a headache and a severe cough. Which he had had the cough for approximately three days they got him in immediately, and we were seeing fast and efficiently. The office. Staff was very kind and worked very quickly to get him seen.

Been sick with a dry cough with some phlegm came back to the clinic for a follow up the doctor on duty was caring and really listened to me and understood my needs. My medication was sent with ease and I was able to pick up same day.

I visit his urgent care to get my asthma maintenance prescription the doctor Bee told me he will check my prescription and he didn’t after 3 days the receptionist said the receptionist did my checking didn’t add and between calling back and forward I didn’t get my prescription even I told I need my prescription because I have problems to brief without my inhaler I called my provider they said doctor didn’t contact them about my medication Diana the receptionist said the first one didn’t mention anything about my asthma and I have to wait until she come back to work horrible service between the doctor and receptionist I call the other office in hesperia they put me on hold and never get back to me until today if I die they don’t care and even I complain won’t resolve my issue very bad service

Walked in at 10:30 and didn’t get out until 1:45 then took over 2 hours for prescriptions to even be sent to the pharmacy. Otherwise fine, I understand long wait times but it was not overwhelmingly busy in there. Vet clinic I work at has 10x more clients at any moment and we move with 5x the efficiency and 5x the courtesy.

I was a walk in nevertheless when I do schedule I never have a problem .I love Dr.Mike and his staff at the Barstow office.they are all nice caring and friendly .Yes I would recommend this provided

Very nice staff. Only complaint is that it takes forever to be seen.

Had an appointment and still had to wait 1.5 hrs to get into a room only to be called after multiple walk-ins. Waited in the room for 45 min to be seen by the doctor for all of 4 minutes. Only to be told they wouldn’t do a urine sample on site. The Rxs didn’t get sent in until the pharmacy was almost closed and I had been seen 5 hours earlier. The nurse said the Rxs would be sent over immediately electronically, I called and they had not been received an hour before pharmacy closed. Would not recommend.

Staff was amazing. Showed up right before closing and they got me in within 10 minutes and out within 30. And very professional and courteous. Recommend this place always.
