Checked in 20 min early for my appointment. Waited well over 30 min in waiting room and another 30 in a room. All just for Xray results that I never got because its ridiculous to have an appointment and still wait that long so I walked out. If I have a break in my bone they can call me and let me know over the phone.

Happy with care improvements. Nurse Practitioner R. Alfonzo really stepped up after my ER visit. She and staff have really took care of me compare to so many previous disappointing Doctors. She actually listened and did something to help me recover. A true patient advocate.

Staff was so nice and very helpful I would tell everybody to go there if in need of medical attention thanks again to Dr. Mike office

Staff was friendly but it took to long to be seen.

You know, I don't normally do these reviews but here we go. This appointment was my 2nd visit there. The ladies at the front counter nothing time have been amazing. The doctor I saw this visit... seemed hurried like she wanted to just get through the visit. She was also very annoyed that I was there. I was there to get my work restrictions changed since the specialist gave me the thumbs up. The doctor spent more time more time telling me about how I shouldn't be there than she did addressing me and my health. Her and I almost went rounds because she was telling me I had no business at your office to get my work restrictions lifted when the neurologist should have been the one to do that and i don't need to come back to get released from modified duty, that is up to the neurologist. She even told me that after i get my mri, don't come back, just have the neurologist do the work comp paperwork. She even put that on my work status report to "continue with neurology only". I feel bad for the uninformed patients she has given this level of offhanded advice to in the past. I work in upper level management in a field where workplace hazards are an ever present danger. As such, I have had the pleasure of interfacing between my employees and our work comp department long enough to understand how the workman's compensation process works more than the average patient off the street. Your office is the primary treating physicians in my case and while a specialist can make recommendations for modifications and they can make said modifications to work status, most don't because the decision on what changes can and should be made to the patients work status ultimately lies with the primary treating physician. In my case, that physician is your office. Your doctor basically told me in the most professional way to go away and not come back. Unfortunately for her, in order for me to be cleared to go back to work full duty and get my case closed, I do need to get a final work status report filled out by your office (since your office is the primary treating physicians in my case) specifying that I am cleared to resume full duty so I do have to come visit your office one more time after my mri whether she wants me to or not. I do apologize.

I went to dr mikes yesterday I’ve been sick for two days and yesterday it got extremely severe when I couldn’t breath from how much I was cough I felt like I was suffocating and it hurt to breath once it was over we checked in as soon as we got to dr mikes but they still ended up skipping over my name for whatever reason maybe an error in the system but the front desk staff was very nice the doctor on the other hand was horrible she didn’t even do any kind of diagnosis on me or any kind of simple test instead she just was focusing on my fever being almost gone at that very moment and proscribing me medication without even doing anything to have any idea of what I had definitely won’t be going again

When I arrived I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes. Then they called me back and I sat back there for almost 2 hours. Never were seen. Never nothing and I went to get my eye checked out and was in a lot of pain but waiting 2 hours. I just walked out
