Went in to get care for concern on my neck, the PA apparently wrote my ultrasound order incorrectly according to Radnet which led me spending the entire day on the phone, have multiple cancelled appointments, running around the high desert to just be turned away.  Dr mikes office suggested I come in for another “ exam” pay another 65$ co pay to just get another ultrasound order correctly written by another PA that was present. Instead of them making their order correct for me, I was forced to spend more time waiting, paying, rescheduling, just to get the care I paid for.  Dr mikes has always been fair in the past visits, but this was a terrible and exhausting experience.

doctor was completely dismissive, neglected to actually listen to what I had to say..

Had a appointment at 11:00 didn't get call back until 12:04 didn't see the Dr until 1:15 and the Dr did not examined what I all wanted to be seen for. Very disappointed

Had an infection in my gum made an appointment night before but so bad went early next morning as walk in they still saw me pretty fast and was affordable without insurance very friendly staff definitely recommend

Wait was over 5 hours for only lab work  .

walked in at 7.40 there were 3 people before me . they got called while I still sat there I went to the window the secretary told me there was an issue with my Check in. so she fixed it and told me I would be called in next about 30 minutes go by they call 3 more people and I'm still sitting there they continue to call more people then they finally call me to the back like at 9.45ish. honestly not happy with how long they made me wait yes I understand it's a walk in clinic but they should be calling in order based off who got there first

I have been treated as a patient twice at this urgent care and both times I have only waited about an hour for the entire visit. Dr. was very professional and gave us the meds we need to get better. A very positive experience for sure.

Very disappointed.... If it was my choice they wouldn't have got the one star... I had to choose from one to five star so of course I chose the very least,and they don't deserved the one star ☹️ I definitely would not recommend Dr.Mike's to any one... Unless you are doing a drug test for employment other than that (NOPE!!!!)

I needed information and stuff was not to help. There wasn't anyone in the front after visit to get help.
