I have used DMC since 1980 and never got the poor service as I just did chasing down a prescription that was sent to another STATE and it took weeks for them to return it but still the ordeal was not over. Almost 3 weeks later I am still chasing down the prescription for me to have fulfilled for myself. Had this been a serious urgent need for the medicine it would really have turned bad! Is DMC getting poorly trained staff. Other people I know are not so confident in them any more either. My doctor I think may be overbooked for there is a noticeable change in the doctor's service. Having been a patient for 40 plus years, this is sad to see

Once you leave the office, patient is not important. Following up on the phone is non existent. you call and call and all they can do is "we have left a message for the nurse and they will call you back" . in the mean time, you keep suffering. yet they will gladly give you an appointment same day and bill you. This is after 3 visits to solve a simple sinus infection....
