Everyone here was so nice and helpful! There was an appointment open ASAP, and it was easy to book online and fill out the paperwork. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Facility was great and very clean. Staff seemed organized and efficient.. testing was completed with results daily quick. Would recommend for urgent care services.

My son and I woke up feeling unwell and Driven had a lot of availability for same day. We were both seen at the same time and taken care of quickly. Robin was amazing, friendly, and listened to all of our concerns. Highly recommend.

Our appointment was at 8. The door was open a couple of minutes before. The front desk was SUPER nice. We got back pretty fast but we waited FOREVER and were the only people there. I’m assuming the PA was late for work. We left at 8:45. She never apologized for the wait.

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

I’m a first time user from Oklahoma City and my experience was great staff was nice and friendly wait time was not long. The Dr was very nice and took time to ask me questions about my illness. I would recommend this clinic if u become ill in Dallas.

The PA spent a decent amount of time discussing how I may have a blood clot and may need to go to the ER even though all of my symptoms pointed to the flu. He did so before even administering the flu test, which came back positive. I don’t feel it necessary to worry already sick patience any more than necessary.

The physician assistant was very interested in helping me feel better and ruled out pneumonia for now with a chest xray and showed it to me and explained it. He prescribed a protocol to follow and what to be watchful of if I don’t start feeling better. I will use them again if I need. I booked on line and checked in on line when I arrived and filled out all info on line and didn’t have a wait first appointment of the morning.

Absolutely great experience. I work for doctors in California and your staff is remarkable. So friendly and efficient. Wish we had places like this in California
