This is THE WORST, insane and very unsafe way to practice medicine for their ONE PHONE NUMBER to reach anything or anyone! I have been on hold for over an HOUR and that took 20 min just to get on hold I am #10 for 45 min... OMG 🤯 I am thinking I am on either of an episode of PUNKED, In the movie BEETLEJUICE patient waiting room, In an endless Torture scene on loop?? Is this FOR REAL? I CAN NOT CALL MY PCP?!?! I have to wait to speak to a rude, overwhelmed person on the phone that has zero training or Education? Does not the difference between an antibiotic or a stool sample? Duke City used to be great. But no ability to call your clinic directly?? Use the abysmal patient portal where you can not see what labs were ordered or easily request ANYTHING like meds or such without having to write a clunky message that takes days to get to doctor. Smh. I LOVE MY DOCTOR why oh why does ABQ continue to ruin patients experiences and health with ridiculous pedantic apps, and poor communication. Little things like this ruin confidence and timelines of treatment. Shame on them.

Front Desk lady was very rude. I had to wait an hour just to take a drug screen. Other patients were called ahead of me. Very unhappy with this place. Although Marisol was was nice and friendly.

Only thing good about my visit was the cleanliness and the fact that I was allowed to use the bathroom. The workers were rude and condescending, i waited 30 minutes to be prescribed anti-diarrheal OTC medication, and for a $100 copay? No. Very very disappointed by this visit and the lack of kindness displayed by pretty much everyone i encountered. Won’t be returning ever!

Beware of using Duke City Urgent Care. I went into their office on Montgomery near Juan Tabo for a sore throat. I have BCBS NM healthcare, and paid my $50 copay at the time of the visit. Note that a walk in appointment at that time is $135 cash, if you choose to self pay. I was seen by someone for about 3 minutes, they checked my throat visually, determined it was likely not strep (no strep test was done), and gave me some paperwork on how to make tea and sent me on my way. For this visit they billed BSBS $450, of which my portion left to pay is $116. So for a visit that would have cost 135 as a walk in appointment, I am $166 out of pocket, plus the ~$300 paid out and/or billed by my insurance. I tried multiple times to sort this out with them, but in the end its not worth the hassle of arguing over the bill so it is paid. They adjust and phantom bill the insurance an amount that is hidden in order to gouge people who have insurance. I cant imagine what they would have billed if I saw someone for more than 180 seconds. Pick any other urgent care.

Registering online made no difference in my wait time and the fact that they weren't equipped to resolve my ailment only made the wait worse. I will never return and should've trusted my gut and stayed going to the urgent care that has been able to treat me.

The wait was absolutely horrible. This has been the longest I've ever had to wait at an urgent care. They are going at a snail's pace and they don't even have a lot of patients. At this point it might have been faster if I had gone to the hospital. Plus I'm in soo much pain, but they didn't even seem to care or notice.

I called back trying to see if I could have that doctor be my primary care doctor because the care was so great.

The staff was great and got me in to see someone within 15 minutes. Josh helped me throughout my visit and he was AMAZING. I had to have a nail removed and get stitches and he was constantly asking where I was at on the pain scale, explaining everything he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you Josh and thank you Duke City!
