Gloves and used tongue depressors left on the counter top. A strep test administered and the tech left the room and walked through the hall with the live test swab out and not covered or in the testing tube.

Staff is extremely unprofessional. Was not able to ask any questions without being belittle or eye rolling. When asked about billing the answered provided by staff member was to call the billing department. Staff memeber that took my vitals DID NOT BP number. Doctor did not check my blood pressure vitals and provided me with steroids. The only helpful person was the lady from the pharmacy that inform me, my blood pressure was extremely elevated. Overall experience here was disappointing.
