What patients are saying...

The Nurse Practitioner only wanted to prescribe Xofluza which costs over $100 even with the coupon that reads… as low as $35. We asked for Tamiflu which we know the price of. The NP also said she called the pharmacy and made sure they had the Xofluza…. She never even called, and talked to anyone because we personally know the pharmacy workers. This is the problem with medicine these days, the doctor only Prescribe the medications that they get money for prescribing, and don’t listen to the patient. By the way friend of the patient has been a pharmacy tech for 3 years and now an intern Pharmacist. She has spent this semester learning about Doctors or (NURSES) that don’t listen to patients, and think they know the best about the financial issues of their patients.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was unable to locate a corporate number so this will have to do. I have had two bad encounters with Erin Acosta at this location and another when my husband was in the ER at St Elizabeth. She is awful, terrible attitude, rude and should not be taking care of patients that do not feel good. I will never visit that location again if she’s on shift. Someone should definitely talk to her about her lack of bedside manner and compassion. She is snippy, rude and lacks any passion when explaining ailments. I felt worse leaving than I did before going in from her negative attitude.
