Wait time for a drug test I was told 30-45 minutes I ended up waiting 1.5 hours. More staffing is needed

The cat really sucked. I’ve been going there for over 10 years for my CDL physical exam and this new practitioner is not a professional sorry to say that, but it’s the truth.

A walk in for a pre- employment physical screen, plus drug test and X-Ray. The lobby lady was very  friendly, the only form was very easy to understand and fill out.  The waiting area sucks.  You can leave after check in if you want to.  They will text you when it’s your turn.  ( I chose wait over 2 hours in my car).  You come in to wait area after you get a text .  I had another 20 minute wait after I came back in.   Back of the house was very quick.

The front desk staff was super pleasant when I called to ask about their walk in policy . She was able to get me in right away when I arraived. The staff in the bsck the same. Everyone was very pleasant and curious. Office it's very clean and organized. Thank you guys!

Appointment was great, I saw a familiar face and it was nice.

Too ooo much time of waiting almost 3 hours. But good take care.

It was great. Check in process was easy. Wait time was long, but explained as they understaffed for the day.

Worst experience I have ever had. The office is ran by an incompetent staff. There is a major lack of organization; skipping patients, 2hr+ wait times, and the lack there of common decency for your fellow human beings. I would never recommend this provider to anyone, let alone try my hand at coming to this establishment again. Additionally if my drug screening sample has been tampered with in anyway, I intend to sue this establishment into oblivion. I wonder this because your staff was undeniably the most unprofessional, deceitful, and useless combination of individuals I have ever met. I hope this review was helpful.

Woke up this morning headed to my appointment and the check in was fast ,everyone was very welcoming great attitude loved it thankyou so much has great staff. I got taken care good .
