We were a walk in. 1 1/2 hour wait but the service was great. The staff was caring. Got some meds and hopefully feel better soon. This is my go to for doctors when mine is not available.

scheduling is accurate, check-in is advance on my check-in time, staff are very friendly and kind.

The doctor was really great and understanding. But the staff was kind of rude. They were not friendly at all. The girl at the front desk was really nice. Overall it wasn’t bad.

The worst part is always the wait time even if you have an appointment.

I called for an appointment. The staff member said come at 140 PM which I did. I still had to wait  for 45 minutes. The PA examined me and she was nice enough but really not helpful.   As an after thought see suggested I have  ear wax removal. And said it will be just a couple of minutes and someone will be here. I waited at least 20 minutes and finally went out into the hallway because I heard staff members laughing and joking around with each other. I asked about the ear wax removal and the young man asked my name and then looked at his computer. He came into the room about 5 minutes later and really had a bad attitude. He said he was kinda like that   😱. I said I have anxiety so how are we going to get along he had nothing nice to say to me the approach was not nice. After a few minutes I said never mind just stop ugh 😑 it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this facility. I told the dr when she came back that her was not a good  person for the job and he was kinda rude she had nothing to say .. said she would get my paperwork ready. This was not a really busy day for them  the entire visit was a waste of time and money   The attend that checked me in was pleasant and the PA was ok not the best. Please have a talk to your staff members to be professional at all times and to talk to patients with respect

I was a walk in without appointment so wait time was expected to be 45 which was except able. I found the floor in the examining room was not clean.  The doctor and staff were very friendly and I would recommend this facility for your medical needs.

Front desk check in who likes to read books could use some empathy training instead of being bothered that she can't read while at work.

Tried to schedule a follow up today because now infection in other eye and the system Says already booked up Not happy for follow up and if I should go on another med
