I. Woke up and had issues with from a sleep medication and was treated with respect and care from all staff and 1necessary medications for my conditions. I would recommend this provider and staff. I put 5 stars for the scheduling because walk-ins were accepted. VA did awesome with getting this selecting place.

I wasn't told while being taken care of further instructions. I was told elevate, ice,advil. They told me tylenol,but I list3d that I'm allergic to acetaminophen/ Tylenol! I mentioned advil. After home, reading that keep an ace bandage nothing about that was mentioned while room.

Excellent service at desk, super attentive. Stopped there after being rejected at six other clinics. The physician was a beautiful human being. Answered all I needed to know before traveling back home to Puerto Rico. I'm better now because of them. Will definitely recommend this clinic.

My son needed a sport physical and I tried to schedule an appointment with his primary doctor and it was a hassle so I decided to go to urgent care since someone told me that they do sport physical there. We walked in and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful. 15 minutes later he was inside seeing a doctor for his sport physical.

Overall the care was simply adequate when I got it. I had an ankle work injury and the wait was terrible, 2 hours, (at least I don’t have to stay in the waiting room). But, then I finally got to a room and then it was another hour waiting for Dr in there.

I had gone there around 5 PM to do a physical and according to the nurse there was no one else in the waiting room or in care of a physician. I was the only patient at that time and it was my first time being in this hospital or urgent care After signing the papers  I had told the nurse in the front that I was in a rush, had to go somewhere.still The paper took longer than it should’ve been to call me and it took way too long for the physician to come to the room to do the actual physician other than that it was a good experience And I had to pay 50 bucks for the physical because they wouldn’t accept insurance unless it was with your own primary physician.

Staff is always most patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Level care very good. Wait time too long

Back pain so bad I could not stand up right. Got a shot and muscle relaxers and sent home in 15 minutes. Staff is super great.

I am traveling.  I have an immune deficiency problem .  MGUS and Myelodysplastic syndrome . I have symptoms of coughing and sneezing.  Because of the immune problems I asked for Mederol Dose pale or a Z pac that I usually get when I get sick like this. The PA offered an inhaler and no Meds … I told her that it always turns to Bronchitis and If not treated Pneumonia..  she said I should just go with the inhaler.   Now 24 hours later I have all the symptoms of Bronchitis .. And now I I need to go to the emergency room. I basically wasted my time at your clinic.  Sometimes the PA should listen to the patient.  We know our bodies better than the guess.

Staff was so helpful and pleasant when I checked in with them. I had a short wait to be seen. The care I received was outstanding. Dr. Huhn listened carefully to my symptoms. He wasn’t too familiar with my symptoms but he researched the symptoms and found a great treatment plan for me.  He explained everything well. By the following day all the symptoms were resolved  Could not have been happier with him.
