I had an infected finger and was told by my ER doctor friend that I should head to the nearest urgent clinic so that my finger had to be drained. So I went to this one. When i spoke with a front desk I requested to be seen by a doctor. She replied stating that they have 2 doctors that evening. When i waited in the room to be seen by a doctor a NP (nurse practitioner) walked in to my surprise. She looked at my finger and prescribed antibiotics and was sending me home. I told her that my finger needed to be drained, but she said no and ask me to take antibiotics and put a bandage and apply bacitracin cream for few days. Guess what, my finger instead of getting better it got worst. I had to see a hand surgeon immediately after few days. The sergeon told me in order for antibiotics to work, the finger had to be drained. Plus, the surgeon told me that by putting bandage and applying bacitracin cream, it made it worst. Apparently, doing so creates a warm condition for bacteria to grow and spread faster. After few days I got an email from ALlina to fill up a survey. I wrote what happened to me and after about a week, Laura called me from the office and told me that they did everything right. It is like putting salt in my wound. I was expecting an apology from them. Now I got two bills one from this Urgent Care that didn't do anything except making my finger worst and the one from the Hand Surgeon. I will give Allina Urgent Care one more chance to correct their mistake. Laura, you know how to contact me...

Dangerously incompetent doctor who has lost her memory. Friendly staff but very unprofessional as a facility.

I received great care! I was leaving the country and only had a few minutes. They treated me and even had the medication on sight and was out of there in 20 minutes. They are very experienced and highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful visit here. Dr. Thomson figured out what my own Dr. could not. She is the smartest doctor I have ever met like my neighbor told me. If you want great care come here. The nurse Gedas was very kind and experienced also.

Had an excellent experience with this clinic and Dr Vickie Thompson! Wait time minimal and care was better than excellent. This is a doctor that listens to thier patients and treats appropriately. This is my go-to clinic from now on. We are very lucky to have a pediatric urgent care in our community. Dr Thompson also sees adults! I am not comfortable or familiar with the area and not wanting to go downtown and wait for hours as was my last experience trying to get care. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Vickie Thompson and her wonderful clinic. Parking is free and short wait times. Thank you Dr Thompson for the great care!

We have gone to see Dr Thompson multiple times. My granddaughter has an issue with her ears and throat that she needs surgery for but wasn’t old enough until recently. Dr Thompson always treated her and helped her. We had issues with other urgent care clinics telling us it was “normal” for a toddler to snore and be unable to breathe... they would blame it on teething. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews we’ve never had a bad experience.
