Well, honestly, the woman I dealt with the other day was less than friendly --OR helpful. Constant employee turnover which is probably part of the problem. Also, when calling to make an appointment, the person answering the call seems to want all the details about why you would like an appointment??? Aren't there HIPPA laws for a reason? Small town here and I don't feel comfortable giving out that information.
