What a great experience! The woman was efficient and vey very nice great bedside manner no cost

I completed all the documentation required online prior to my appointment. It would've been helpful to be informed that they didn't take my insurance BEFORE I drove all the way over there, instead of wasting my time. However, I wasn't all that comfortable being there anyway dealing with the less than friendly (I'm being polite) unmasked staff member at the front desk. Last time I checked, masks are still mandated in health care facilities in NY, and I would think you'd want to abide by that at a Covid testing site for your own safety as well as others. But given her attitude, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Wouldn't return there even if they took my insurance.

This is the first time we went to Elite health care on 1/6/22 for rapid COVID testing . Service was excellent But F/U was not at all satisfactory .Still waiting for phone call for my results on 1/8/22 Did not get any email notification even Waiting for reply

I had an appt, unlike a lot of people in line. You cannot check in as you HAVE to wait in line and they do NOT separate appts & walk ins. They do NOT answer the phone, and if they do, they transfer you to voicemail that is NOT returned. I had a PCR test Tuesday afternoon. Told 24 hrs results go to email. It’s now Friday almost 10am. 64 hrs later. No results & no call back.

I waited in line with an appointment with walk in people being seen before me. you can see the office was thrown together last minute. the office is set up so it can be closed in a heart beat. I still have not received my PCR test Results 52 hours after my test i was told 24 hours.

Had appointment waited over hour in line in cold for appointment with others who were walk in.

Visit was fine and well organized only problem is I’m still waiting for results 24 hrs later and there’s no way to check on results

Said rapid results would come back 2 hours later and if you don’t hear it’s negative. 7 hours laters you called and said my dad was positive. This is awful.

Everyone was very nice. I just wish that the information that I entered into the appointment request 24 hrs prior was there when we went to check in.

First off, they ask you to check in when you arrive. But there is no where in the ap, or the website to do so. In addition, if you call, it states on the answering message that they will not answer the phone before 4pm. I thought it was me, but standing in line speaking to everyone else, they couldn’t do it either. Second, they do not honor the time of your appointment. The woman in front of me in lines appointment was 40 minutes after mine, and the guy behind me was 15 minutes before mine. They don’t even ask what your time is. So even though I made an appointment and shows up early for it. I stood outside for 35 minutes waiting.
