I was a walk-in patient and found the check-in experience to be easy and quick. The personable and professional receptionist set a welcoming and organized tone that was maintained throughout my visit. The assistant who did my preliminary questioning in preparation for the doctor was sharp, precise and calming. Dr. Zadorian treated me with the professional and considerate attention of a personal primary care doctor and I would highly recommend him and his entire office to anyone in need of help in a medical emergency.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with any urgent care that I have been to. The lobby is welcoming and  beautifully decorated. They have individual water bottles and coffee for patients. The staff at reception make the sign in process as easy as possible, and they are lovely.  The waiting room and offices are impeccably clean! Dr Zadorian made me feel like I have been his patient for years. He spent so much time with my husband and me answering all our many questions.  He ran a full range of tests on me to ensure that he was getting all the information he needed to help me.  He was kind and friendly, and I did feel like I had known him for longer than I did.  Elite urgent care is owned and operated by two doctors. It is not a chain like so many others out there.  If I ever need to go to an urgent care in my area again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Being a provider myself, we tend to think we know what we have. I had some tests in mind when I presented with fever and fatigue without other symptoms. Dr. Zadorian saw me, took a detailed history and did a thorough physical exam and suggested some tests that I had not considered. Thankfully, he made the diagnosis with routine testing (common things being common), even though I did not have typical symptoms. The MA was also excellent taking vital signs, doing the Xray, drawing blood and running the tests. I would highly recommend Elite Urgent Care in Encino.

If 10 stars were an option this would exceed all.  Beyond the perfect intake experience, the professional care team was far above any expectations.  The on call Physician was warm, kind and highly clinically skilled.  I will never consider any other options for Urgent Care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Woke up on the morning and had major sore throat. Made an appt with Elite and had great care . The front staff was courteous and the Dr.  Zadorian was thorough, he ran several tests to rule out Covid , strep throat and etc! Ended up being a flu. Great care , friendly and efficient!
