Been down with a nasty bug for a little over a week. Missed enough work to warrant a dr visit. Got some meds and already feeling better. Staff was great and quick, dr was thorough with his explanation of the course of action. Will be returning, hopefully not too quickly. Will recommend to anyone not feeling well.

Amrik Basi, MD has the worst bedside manners, always rushed, doesn’t listen.  He’s condescending and rude.   Doesn’t take time to explain.   He needs to go!   Don’t ask for feedback if you aren’t going to take patients comments into consideration.   He’s been there too long!

Love this place, just hate the wait!! Was there 2 hrs b4 I even seen dr, who is a great dr by the way.  I can usually get an appointment right away, I scheduled online.   Overall the wait time when ur not feeling well is the worse which is discouraging from going back.

I was told by an advice nurse to go to urgent care for my medical issues. After calling the urgent care at Sutter Health and being told there was a 3-hour wait, I went online and was able to make an apt for 11:20 am today. I waited in the waiting area for approximately 20 minutes and then about another 15 minutes to see the doctor. I felt heard, even though this is not my regular PCP. I would recommend this place if you need urgent care.
