Always a fantastic team at Elite Urgent care! From scheduling to the quality of care and follow up with my prescriptions ready when I got to the pharmacy and back home to recover in a very short period of time.  Thank you Dr. Basi and team you are the best!!

I was seen very quickly from my scheduled appointment time. However, once the doctor saw me for the diagnosis that I placed in the chart, he stated, “That’s a sebaceous cyst, I don’t have time to deal with that today.” He then went on to say, “you can go to the ER and have that taken care of immediately, or come back on Wednesday in the afternoon when we are less busy.” I was completely in shock. In my mind, that’s why I came to urgent care. I paid 50 dollars to have the doctor say, “I don’t have time for this today.” Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing staff, extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Basi is the best..! Tons of knowledge and truly wants you better when you leave than when you got there. Best urgent care in Modesto..!

Front desk staff was great, always very nice. But the “new” Dr. Basi is awful. I used to always choose Elite Urgent Care over their regular for my children, because I knew Dr. Basi or his staff doctors would actually get something done. He would write a prescription for something that would actually help, run some tests that would actually be informative. This other Dr. Basi told me “have them take Mucinex.” Thanks. I came to their center because I was desperate; no one in my family had slept in weeks due to their severe coughs. Being told to give them Mucinex was utterly worthless. I usually love Elite Urgent Care, and I was so disappointed after this visit. I miss the other Dr. Basi.

I was able to easily book an appointment online within 2 hours! Unfortunately the hours of the clinic were not the same as the hours for online appointments. The office actually opened at 9am but my appointment was for 8:30. (This is the reason for 1 star on wait time) One of the girls in the office said it was an error after the thanksgiving holidays. The office staff, nurses & doctor are awesome! They apologized for the issue. They are all so friendly & kind. The doctor is very thorough & explains his diagnosis & treatment. Thanks for taking care of me!

I scheduled my appointment online. It was very easy to do. Time in the waiting room was short. My vitals were taken right away. I felt the waiting for the Doctor was excessive. Once he came in it moved very quickly. He did well diagnosing and explaining treatment very well. It was a pleasant experience.

Scheduling was easy. Check in was just as easy being I was already in there system. Staff was kind and considerate. The doctor was on top of things. I was so sick. I’m thankful.

This place is great! Everybody was so groovy! Love the doctor, love the fact that Josh drew blood from my son without skipping a beat and my child not refusing. Such attentiveness and explaining that just made everything go so well. Very blessed to have found this office. Scheduling was easy, rescheduling for an earlier time was easy. Did I wait? Yes I did, but we also wait in the long line just for coffee. Great place
