The office supervisor ! It’s very very racist, Just because she’s white !! Not professional at all very mean and rude in and caring person I don’t know how that office have that lady in there ! Discriminated against me because I had my head covered n claimed I had virus without even checking and denied me to be seen !

I called around 4pm and asked if I can receive a Covid test.. The lady on the other end of the phone said yes but be here before 5pm. I arrived at 4:40pm and filled out paper work. I was then advised they would call me when it was my turn I waited until 4:58 then I knocked on the side door . No one answered so I went around to the front. I go into the front office and theee ladies was sitting down playing on there phones. Next to the door that I was knocking on.. yes I was mad because once I came to the front they then wanted to help me,but was told the machine had to be turned on and would take 5-3 minutes to worm up.. I was there at 4:40?

We left without being seen, they did not honor the appointment time and stated that we do not have appointments here. Worst experience ever

So, I made an appointment for care at this facility, I filled out paperwork on line and when we arrived, I had to fill out the same paperwork again and we had to wait the same time as if we didn’t make an appointment. I was seriously disappointed in this facility.

The receptionist informs me I don’t have an appointment today, once I pull up the information and try to show her she wanted nothing to do with it or to even see if there was a possible glitch. I had to do another covid test which is fine, but I don’t have any symptoms when we already know what is going on and the doctor said to follow up if not better. My appt was at 2, I got here at 1:35 it’s 2:20 still not done with the covid part.

I made an appointment for my child online to get checked out for a fever and sore throat. I filled out my forms online and made the appointment at 3pm. My child and I got to the appointment the recommended 15 mins early. We were then told she must take a COVID test prior to coming inside the clinic which I completely understood. They asked us to fill out a form with COVID questions and wait in our car. While we waited, I was told they didn’t have our information or chart ready even though we came to the front desk at 2:45pm. We preceded to wait until 4:20pm just for the swab test. The swab test was thoroughly scary for my child. There were other people who arrived after us who got tested before us. The results took 15-20 mins which was fast. With a negative test, we were then able to come inside to have her checked out. After the nurse took vitals, we still waited another 15-20 mins to be seen by a doctor. The bedside manner of the doctor, for a child who is not feeling well, irritable, and traumatized from the swab test, was not pleasant. By the time we left the appointment it was 5:10pm. A process which I hoped to reduce and streamline by doing everything beforehand turned out to be frustrating and rough for my child.

had an appointment on the hour and showed up 10 minutes early for check-in and wasn’t seen for nearly an hour. didn’t find much value in making an appointment because I thought that would speed up the process. received good care despite the long waiting time.

Appointment times made online we’re not honored. Waited over an hour with an appt made online

Overall, my experience was good. I did have to wait, despite making an appointment, it wasn’t too long of a wait. The doctor was friendly and professional.
