Horrible experience, couldn’t get logged in and ended up missing the appointment.

I had obtained injuries due to being assaulted and went to get x-rays and to have my injuries with bruises verified officially by a doctor or medical personnel able to do so. First, I was very surprised that I was being seen by a nurse practitioner and not a physician doctor. Then, although I was able to get x-rays, confirming that my ribs were fractured because I was in terrible pain whenever I move, I could not get the nurse practitioner to look at my injuries with bruises which I had on my hands and knees. The nurse practitioner did advise me to go to the emergency room at the hospital to get these things done but I could not afford it as I am in a terrible financial situation already. I do not understand why she refused to wrap my ribs around my chest for safety and why she couldn’t verify that she had seen injuries with bruises on my hands and knees, even though there is no way she would not have been able to see at least the bruises on my hands. Then the way she explained me to sign a paper, absolving her from being responsible if I did not go to the Emergency at the Hospital. I should’ve read the papers properly, but I didn’t really understand what I was signing at the time. I just wanted her help, but after she had seen me, she abandoned me and tried to get me off of her hands and vendor receptionist told me I would not be able to see her again that day. Also, I had been injured in my jaw, and I had also wanted x-rays there, but for some reason, they refuse to do those x-rays. I am very upset and I don’t like how I was treated at the end of the examination although before that point, everyone has seemed very pleasant, but then refused to help me any further. I am also left wondering why they don’t seem to have experience physicians doctors available to examine you at Emerald Coast walk-in clinic. Why is the clinic using nurse practitioners instead of doctors?

Went to Emerald Coast Walk in Clinic this morning as a Walk in, front desk check-in staff were friendly. Back of the house medical staff from Nurses, Xray technician, and doctor were exceptional, I would recommend them anytime you can't get it with your PCM on an urgent matter.

The PA I saw was great! She was super nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable!

Have been fighting this “cold” for 3 weeks. Woke up Saturday night with fever chills and painful earache. I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning, start treatment and had meds by Sunday afternoon.  This was after an unsuccessful treatment with Teledoc the week prior. It was a bit of a wait but there are so many folks sick this season. I am already feeling much better by Monday. Thank you!!

Scheduling was super easy and check-in was very prompt. Jenner and her staff were amazing! Very friendly and Jennifer was very thorough. I highly recommend her clinic!!

Been struggling with congestion for the last four or five days and felt like it was not getting better so stopped here because I lived in the neighborhood, it’s close, and I needed to get to work in as little time as possible. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely come back.

Alisabeth was the PA who saw me; she was fantastic! Along with the technician (can’t remember his name), he was great too.. very personable!

Jennifer nurse practitioner was really great. The ease of scheduling before you show up was nice. I have been her multiple times and have been given great care.

I went Saturday & was diagnosed with flu. My 93 year old mom lives with me. Ended up taking her yesterday morning after making appt. online the night before. In & out within an hour. I would highly recommend!
