Awful awful place. I went in for a covid test because I was not feeling well. First off they wanted a debit card up front. Is this even allowed or legal??? I had the assistant do the swab which was very brief. I mentioned I thought the test was supposed to be more uncomfortable and longer. Her response was “that’s the one with people who do not have insurance.” Huh??? She told me she will Stat the order being I work in healthcare. Then Dr. Gulati came in a did a half second exam and said he will do a rapid test. They came back in in less than 10 Minutes and said it was positive. I asked if they other swab will be sent out and his response was” what’s the point” and proceeded on giving me a lecture on the pandemic and you cannot change results.I was obviously upset about the results and his attitude so I just left. I came home and called facility and explained I still wanted my original swab sent to lab because you can have false positives on the rapid test. I am not in denial, I just want confirmation. Dr. Gulati came on the phone and I told him that I wanted this done. His response was ”this is not McDonald, (not a typo, his quote) you don’t order what you want.” I was flabbergasted to say the least. I asked so what is being done with my swab? Are you throwing it in the trash? His response was yes. Very upsetting so I just hung up. People stay away, from this please. Stay far away.

Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment was NOT a good one! I went in for a COVID test due to a possible exposure at work. When I called to obtain help with the patient portal instructions, because the ones provided did not work, I was told that I had to be retested because my sample was damaged in transit. Of course I was NOT happy but instead of receiving an empathetic apology (which would have gone a LONG way) I was told these things happen and I have to understand, as she giggled. There is a time for humor, but this was not it. I went in to get retested and they were very accommodating at that point. I was told that because of the error the test would be rushed and it would only take two days for the results, instead of the original 5 to 10. This helped ease the blow. That was on Thursday the December 10, 2020. Today, Sunday December 13, 2020, I called for assistance since the portal still did not work. The woman I spoke to was annoyed by this and looked my information, only to tell me that my results were not in yet. When I tried to explain why it was only supposed to take 2 days, I was interrupted and told NO it takes 5 to 10 days. She would not listen to why I was trying to tell her what happened. She kept saying Ma'am Ma'am as I was trying to speak. Already nervous and frustrated I let her know that I would be reporting them because this was by far the worst service I have received in my 22+ years living in Kingston. So sad... I will NEVER return there and I am now left wondering how in God's name I will ever receive my results. HORRIBLE!

They just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. The doctor didn’t listen to anything I said and ended up giving me a prescription for something I didn’t even have. I ended up going to a new doctor the next day bc my symptoms had gotten so much worse.
