I was in and out within 45 minutes. That was with lab work and X-rays. Great job! Great people! Awesome Doctors!!

This company billed me in full then billed my insurance in full. Their billing company repeatedly tried to issue me a refund, however, Emergencymd denied their request every time. I still have not recieved my refund from December 2017.

Excellent experience

I called to see if they took appointments; they didn’t. When I got there one person (a boy) and his brother or friend was waiting. I signed in. A girl walked in to be seen. They called the girl, 15 minutes later then, they called boy. Then a woman that was already in the back was seen again- all while the nurses behind the glass were looking around the lobby. A woman walked in and ten minutes after she walked in, she was called to go back! I got up, canceled the visit, got my copay back and left! What kind of procedure do they have? Einy, Mieny, Miney, Mo??? The receptionist was nice and I’m sure she didn’t have anything to do with this!
