The Dr. totally misdiagnosed my condition. He only addressed a fraction of my symptoms and left the others off as side notes. Even he was unsure of his diagnosis as he kept asking me questions on why my skin was looking like it was. Also, he prescribed an antiviral medication when I need an antibacterial one. When I finally made an appointment with my primary care physician a few days later even he stated that he had issues with what the urgent care physician prescribed. I will NEVER go back there again.

Absolutely horrible service, should remove the name "urgent" from there name. Went to them with my daughter whom had pain but wasn't life threatening. Not a single person was in the building and they told us they could not see us, they said we needed to go to ER in order to be looked at, which is about a 5 hour wait and they charge substainally more money for. Not only is this unethical, how can these doctors say they "help" people when they are more concerned with finishing up and closing there offices to go BBQ at 4pm on a Saturday. Will never use them again and will be reporting legal actions to force us to pay more for their ER services when urgent care is all that is needed....

Our experience with this place has been DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING! We got back from vacation today and me and my kids really needed a covid test before heading back to work/classes tomorrow. So I started calling places and found this one in Litteton which is about 45 min away from me. I was told by the staff that they offered rapid tests and that it takes 15 min for the results, which was just what I needed. She got all my information and told me to be there at 3:45pm. I arrived with my kids at 3:38pm and text them to let them know we had arrived, as I was instructed to do. After leaving us waiting for 2 hrs outside(no problems there) the doctor finally called, asked a few questions and said they'll be right out to take our test, but before hanging up he asked if I had any questions, and I said: "sure, I just want to make sure we're getting the Rapid test" he replies: "Nope! Rapid tests aren't available, today all we're doing is PCR" I wasted 1.5 hrs both ways driving plus almost 2 hrs there waiting outside for nothing! Tomorrow I'll be looking for a more reliable place that takes patients more serious so we can take our test, and this time I'll read the reviews first instead of after.

When I was sick in January the doctor knew just what would cure. Today’s visit was another positive experience. So communicative, patient, and smart! I am from a medical family and a nurse. This locale is easy to get to and meets all my medical needs!

I scheduled my appointment time on line and preregistered on line. My wait time was five minutes at 5:45pm. The nurse took my vital signs immediately and Dr. Corey came in a few minutes later. The doctor was very thorough and listened patiently. She explained everything clearly and gave me options. The entire experience was five star! I would highly recommend this urgent care center.

Very helpful front desk admin! Registered on line so didn’t have to wait. Very clean facility! Attentive nurses and physicians! So much better than circle care in Billerica!

My appointment at Emerson Urgent Care Littleton was very pleasant. I didn’t mind the wait because they gave me an appointment even though I called late in the afternoon. I received excellent care!!
