This has been one of the best COVID-testing sites I've been to. All of the staff is extremely nice and helpful especially the worker Hashem. I noticed that he works really hard, along with a few of the other staff members, to keep the place running efficiently. Also, he has amazing bedside manner with all patients. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area!

Husband went last Tuesday. Said there was a bit of a wait, but not long. So convenient and safe to not have to go inside and have test done in vehicle. Tests results came in 6 hours, however they were in spam folder. Be sure to check your spam folder when looking for results.

I visited this location on December 31, 2021 at 10:30am - it was not very busy. Staff on site were very pleasant and efficient. Waited 15 min my car - not bad at all. Staff indicated that results would be received in 3-4 days. Unfortunately, it has been 11 days since my test and I still haven't received my results - I've been checking my email (including junk email/spam folders), and have not received anything. I did reach out via the email address provided for patients to flag results that have taken more than 3-4 days, and received an automated reply with no information. I went to another location and was tested, waiting 40 minutes, and I had the results (tested positive) not even 1 hour later. Understood that it's an extremely busy time for these facilities and the volume is overwhelming, but waiting 11 days is excessive. Hoping that my situation was an outlier and that management of this site is being monitored to minimize the amount of instances like this. I appreciate all the staff serving this location.

If you haven't received your results yet. Check your email's junk/spam folder. Several of my friends who were tested there found the result email in their junk folder.

I had the swab test performed on Dec. 28, 2021 and it is now Jan. 5, 2022 and haven't received any test results.I've called numerous times and no one ever picks up. Going to this Facility was a Total waste of my Time. I filled out the application online. I thought under the circumstances I would rather sit in my car rather than stand in line. I sat in my car for over one hour and finally when it was my turn they only did a swab in one nostril. Never received any test results but I'm sure that my Insurance was already Billed. What a disgrace. Jackie

EMG in Totowa NJ owned and operated by SolvHealth. This Facility is a Total Mess. Unorganized, Staff personnel seem young and inexperienced. Filled out Application online and Waited over 1 hour. When we finally got the swab Test they only did one nostril and when we questioned only one we were told that was all that was necessary. We had the test done on Dec. 28, 2021 it is now Jan. 4, 2022 and no test results as of yet. Tried multiple times to contact this Facility and never got any response. Trying to find a Gov. agency to tell them "Do not pay for Test" that doesn't have any Results. Mark
