All new staff! The facility is a clean, welcoming environment. Exceptional care. The providers and staff really went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable.

Whole new staff and crew!! They are under new ownership and now have extended hours, see everyone until closing and no appointment needed! Short wait times! Most efficient and compassionate care you will receive! The hours on here are not correct though they are open until 9 pm M, T, Th, F 11am to 9pm, Wed 9am to 5pm. Sat 12-7pm, Sun 12-6pm

Always have had beyond excellent care and service here! The facility is very clean and sanitized! The staff is extremely nice, kind, and thoughtful. They're a small place and do get very busy at times and therefore with only one doctor on staff per day, the wait time can get long sometimes. But all around, my family has always had great experiences here!

We have used Emurgent care in Dallas for years - but they have changed - badly. Don't trust the hours listed - or the staff. They turned my very sick wife and daughter away cold even though we showed up OVER an hour before they close. Said they just didn't have enough time to see even one of them. Even a fast food place cares enough about people to stay open for all who make it through the doors before closing time - but Emurgent care doesn't care enough to take care of those who arrive an hour before closing! Honestly, between the changes to billing policy (forcing patients to allow a pre-approved fee on a debit card - but they won't tell you how much it could be), and how rude and uncaring the front desk staff are now - we are done! Avoid this place at all costs. We live in the coast range past Dallas and will drive into Salem from now on rather than ever using this clinic again...

The care here was fantastic. The doctor asked a lot of questions before treating me and had great compassion. She explained everything in detail and appeared to really care

This urgent care is the best I’ve ever come across. They are so kind and quick and efficient! Their bedside manners are amazing. Each staff really cared. They were patient and explained everything they were doing so I understood. 10/10 would recommend
