Do not go here if injured!! The care I received at this location is likely the reason this business has disabled reviews almost everywhere online. I received anything but actual care at my last visit from a very disheveled and unpleasant nurse practitioner. Gabe Crabb used his professional expertise to fail to examine either of my injured feet: he left them hanging off the side of the table while he grazed one heel and grabbed the Achilles tendon on one foot and gave it a very painful shake, offered to and X-rayed only a single foot when both were injured, swollen and bruised because “we don’t know what your insurance might bill you,” and he refused to address in any way that I had been vomiting for the past 24 hours and couldn’t even hold water down. There was no break, so he blamed a heel spur and referred us to an ortho. It was evident to even my husband that I was being dismissed, clearly labeled as pain seeking, told to go to the ER if I couldn’t handle the pain and sent on my way as fast as humanly possible. It was completely unbelievable be treated with such a lack of human regard. What an awful experience.

Stay away from this place if you require more than a band aid Went there with an injury While I was the only one left to see "The Doctor " I listened while the staff had their social hour as I sat in the exam in a get deal of pain At that point I left and was treated at another facility I just got the impression that patient care is not an priority

Deep cut on thumb from chisel mishap. Bleeding wouldn’t stop. Ergent Care’s awesome staff, from receptionist to other professionals did an awesome job. HIGHLY recommend them‼️

This was my first visit to the medical center. I was very impressed with their level of care. Everyone very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed during my visit, beginning with the receptionist, nurse, and Doctor Crabb . Thank goodness after listening to me and after his exam he took it an extra step and requested that I have a chest x-ray. Let the healing process begin!! Thank you so much!!!

ERgent Med has a staff that really cares about you, and isn’t just trying to get you in and then push you out of the door. Beyond that, ERgent med provides a high quality of healthcare.

All the providers are top notch and really care. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and excellent.

We are SO fortunate to have this level of care on this island!
