I made the appointment that was available on the SOLV website. I made the appointment shortly after 2:30, and after the paperwork was filled out I was given a link to go to. I have been waiting in the telemedicine waiting room for over an hour, and their office is about to close. I don't know if it was becuase I made the appointment for 3:00 at around 2:30PM. But if that's the case, then it shouldn't be made available, and I shouldn't have gotten a confirmation link. I sat around like an idiot for over an hour. I tried calling their office before closing time, and I was directed to leave a voicemail. Maybe there was a legitimate emergency at the office which is why I was left to wait for over an hour. But it would have been nice if someone had reached out to me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled.
