Well, found out my the wait time is 5 stars, because every other element of this urgent care clinic is shit. I wish I could give this place negative stars. This place absolutely 100% sucks. It’s dirty. There’s dust all over the equipment and the floors. The floors and the equipment look to have not been cleaned in years. There was a layer of dust and dirt on the blood pressure cart at least an inch deep. The doctors and reception staff aren’t much better - unprofessional and there is zero communication to patients about their next steps to receive care. I paid this place twice to have two different doctors spend no longer than one minute sticking a scope in my ear to tell me it’s clogged, which I already knew. They gave no solutions, nothing. Just a specialist that’s out of network. I saw a different Dr both times I attempted to receive care for the same issue. Neither spent more than a minute with me. The first Dr gave me a “Rx” for ear drops that ended up just being a OTC product, which explains why CVS didn’t communicate that I had a Rx ready….because it wasn’t a Rx, it was an OTC. You couldn’t just say “go buy X over the counter medicine?” What kind of Dr doesn’t know the difference between a Rx and a OTC? Then, went back for a follow up visit like I was instructed to do from the “Dr” and was told I had an appointment with some PCP that I needed to attend and the receptionist said he gave me an appointment card. Bro, nobody gave me anything except a specialist that’s out of network. Don’t come to this place. Even if it’s your only option, the worst urgent care place in SJ is still better than this place. This place is a fucking joke and truly should not be authorized to provide medical care to even the worst, most poisonous, dangerous insects, mush less humans. Eww. Go back to Med school and pay attention this time.

I went there yesterday and I got a quick good service I have never had every time I wanted going to see the Doctor. The guy works at reception he’s very friendly and kindly. He helped me fullest . Then I met the Doctor after I told him my health’s issues- He gave me prescription. Only 2 days from yesterday and today I took the medicine from Doctor’s prescription I really feel better. I want to thanks Doctor is very nice . nice Doctor- nice employees. They work professional. It took me about 45 minutes done everything. Fast over my expectation. I’m happy for that . I don’t wish I will go there often but at least now I know where I can go any time I feel sick . Because I been going to see my family doctor and what I got from my family doctor is employees were not nice and bad service. They treated me like I were there for free . That’s sad.
