Smooth checkin process, staff exceptional. We come to this facility more than primary Dr because the ease of services no need to have an appointment  and close  to home. We are always treated well here.

Spent the day before, over an hour in the waiting room and left. Came back the next day right at 9:00, got in at 9:20 and nobody in front. Saw a PA, which really did t explain what I have. Your two doctors you have there are amazing. I have. Been several times, so I know…you get the PA, the quality and explanations seem to go down quite a bit

I.brought my 91 year old mother in w/ symptoms of Covid. They got her in & helped her immediately. Dr. Okanje was fantastic. She knew just how to make my Mom feel cared for and safe. Her treatment was spot on. My mom needed an iv, she is very hard to get an iv in, but Dr. Okanje got it in without an issue. I do highly recommend Excel urgent care.

Doctor was very kind and friendly. Wait time was minimal. Check in process was fairly smooth. The receptionist did her job and answered my questions but was not the friendliest. This is important as she is the first face you see. I would go back because the doctor was very kind.

A long wait just for a drug test. Over an hour. I made an appointment and still waited over an hour. I also showed up 35 minutes early. Still waited over an hour. I will never go back there again.

My son required a physical for school. Excel and its staff promptly scheduled same-day appointments. Additionally, they offered a special promotion, allowing us to pay half price for the exam.

I've been to this location several times over the past few years and each and every time the entire experience has been absolutely excellent! The entire staff is very friendly, professional and genuinely care about solving the issues that are presented. I highly recommend this location for any urgent care needs!

It great to be able to get in but the wait time is.….

My experience was awesome. I was not feeling well and couldn’t get into see my doctor. I went right into the app. Got an appointment within an hour and only had a 10 minute wait. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, the male nurse in triage, and the doctor was very kind! after I left, I had issues getting my prescriptions from Walgreens because their system was completely down. I called back later that evening and spoke to Cleo and she was very helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred over to CVS so I could get my meds. I’m extremely grateful for her help, I was feeling so bad and was really struggling to get all this done. Geat staff
