Terrible experience. Period! We normally have nothing but respect for health care workers, especially in this post-pandemic world, and for this Urgent Care, but today’s experience was downright appalling. It truly felt like we were seeking care in a third world facility. Sadly, today we experienced the “dregs” of this profession at this facility. After more than a two hour wait (with a confirmed appt., mind you) with an elderly, sick mother in a wheelchair, we were subjected to a child of a man posing as an X-ray technician who was actually “insulted” for simply being asked to do his job. He flat out refused to treat my mother, and behaved like a spoiled teenager. Rude and Unprofessional. Keep in mind there were no raised voices, no curse words uttered from our end, just frustration for the long long wait for an elderly person. The way we were treated was humiliating and completely unacceptable.Devoid of any compassion. My Mom is traumatized and we felt bullied. We are looking for accountability and plan to take this complaint to the furthest level, for the sake of my beloved Mom AND so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else. I truly hope the owners of this Urgent Care will read this review and take a good look at what is going on and how people are being treated and take appropriate steps for improvement. The overall atmosphere of this Urgent Care is unprofessional, lacking any shred of compassion, detached arrogance…like they are doing the public a favor by simply existing. We can confirm 100 percent that they are not. In the meantime, if you value the care of your loved ones or yourself, DRIVE PAST this poor excuse of an Urgent Care facility and either go straight to the ER or find another Urgent Care. Oh and while you are waiting to be treated….and the hours are melting by, the staff actually have the nerve to “remind” their patients that this is better than the ER, but it’s not, it’s worse!! At least in the ER, the arrogance is left at the door, and patients actually receive some form of proper care, minus the childish temper tantrums by people that are supposed to help the public, We’re Done!!!

Sharon is the worst provider I’ve ever seen. I went because I was very sick with a very bad cough and a fever for a few days. She had such tunnel vision regarding covid and didn’t even assess me. I started off our conversation by saying “I know the symptoms I have are similar to covid, but I really don’t think I have covid. I’ve had both my vaccines, but I think it’s smart to get one considering they’re similar symptoms.” The assistant took my covid swab and tried to send me away. Sure enough my rapid came back negative. I basically had to beg them to do other tests just to figure out what was wrong with me. They ended up sending me away. The provider was so rude the entire time. Ended up going to a more established office later in the day because my symptoms began progressing and this provider was VERY concerned about my cough, thinking it might have already turned to pneumonia. She actually assessed me, did further tests and prescribed what I needed to get better AND was very empathetic towards what I had gone through earlier in the day just to receive simple medical care. DON’T GO HERE.

My trip to this facility to do my testing for COVID 19 initially was very pleasant. The ladies at the front desk and the lady who administered the test was very courteous and professional. However, the doctor who came after in the room was so ill mannered and she didn't even introduced her self to the patient who was waiting. In stead she just spoke and then disappeared from the room.

The receptionist and nurse who attended to me was very pleasant and professional. However, the doctor was so unprofessional and ill manner. She did not introduce herself nor said good morning. At the end of her time with me she just walked out of the room. .
