Beware! My daughter attending college out of state in Savannah went to ExperCARE for routine complaint. She saw Jessica Tucker PA who sent investigational lab work that does not meet medical criteria for coverage by insurance and now we are stuck with out of pocket expenses exceeding $400 from Quest lab diagnostics. Unable to speak to anyone at ExperCARE, lab states they are unable to help and insurance company states regardless what diagnosis code is applied this lab will never be covered because it is investigational.

I had an appointment and was there for an hour and a half before giving up and leaving. I don’t mind waiting a while in the lobby if that means being seen quickly in the room, or vice versa. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and an hour in the room.

I did the car side covid test and it didn't hurt like I expected it to. It was a great experience.

Booked an appointment, had to wait about an hour after my said time before I was actually seen. They were supposed to send me my COVID results, but they never did. Checked with my visit summary and they never updated the COVID results in there either. Very frustrating to pay for a test and have nothing to give to my employer.

The wait time of over an hour was too long. Overall appointment took an hour and a half. Need to work on that time.

I had a 10 am appointment. Start to finish took 2 hours. I had the Rapid Test for COVID-19 and also the PCR test. The PA came out to talk to me in the parking lot. With the number of people waiting to be seen, I thought the staff was very efficient.

I got timely assistance despite being a walk-in. Staff were friendly and personable, and made getting a double nasal swab a little less awful.

The staff were rude to other patients in the lobby. They responded quickly to bringing me in for my check up, but they rushed my entire appointment. When i tried to talk, they weren’t paying attention and they also frequently talked over me. The FNP who seen me never returned to follow up with me on any questions. I will not be returning for my follow up appointment.

My wife and myself were early for our appointments and they checked us in and gave us the Covid-19 test. We were on the goad in 10 minutes with an explanation of how to receive our results. Excellent service
