Walk in wait was 2hours. Could not schedule appointment on line but there were on line patients coming in. Had CXR to r/o PNA but as of today Sunday afternoon it is not appearing with results in MyChart nor have I been called to let me know if I have PNA.  PA said I would be called with results Saturday morning as it was not read while I was waiting for results on Friday evening. Practitioner was awesome!!!

Came down with a very unpleasant infection with pain. Made an appt. For first thing in the morning. Everything went well, the staff were top-notch and professional. My healthcare provider was out outstanding, I cannot remember her name, but I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, care, and advisement on how to proceed with my treatment, including what to look out for if something went wrong. I appreciated all that. Sometimes you just don’t know if you’re having a more severe problem then you first thought. Good job Roper West Ashley.

I am a cyclist. On blood thinner for a fib. Went for a bike ride and was going too fast. Hit a pothole and came off the bike hit my knee, which has a knee replacement prosthesis. Swelling was bad, orthopedist could not see me. Walked in at Roper express. Saw a wonderful nurse practitioner. Got an x-ray. It was read almost immediately by the radiologist at the nearby hospital. The wound was cleaned re-wrapped, and I was told what to do next referral made to orthopedist locally. Could not have asked for better care or a more prompt response to my needs. I highly recommend Roper express urgent care when you have an injury or illness and cannot see your regular physician. This is not my first contact with them. They have always been outstanding in their care.

This visit started off with the Staff being very friendly. I had a VERY bad cough with congestion. Because of my allergies to almost EVERY OTC cough remedy, I explained I can only take codeine cough syrup. The Doctor said "Well, I can't give you THAT, but we could try.... I said I'm DONE "TRYING" anything else that never works!! She is SUPPOSE to be an MD, yet she can't send me home with something that WILL WORK - So, I'm STILL up all night, coughing, congested and it's getting worse. So + REMIND ME WHY YOU EVEN HAVE YOUR DOORS OPEN. I WASN'T ASKING FOR A GALLON OF IT - a 2 oz bottle couldn't cause too much Chaos!!! I would have settled for a teaspoon that night!! NEVER AGAIN!! NO, I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYBODY!!!! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.

The kiosk method of check in is a bit of a time consumer & can cause backups of people waiting for the 1 kiosk.

Went in with a fever and feeling awful. Staff were very kind and attentive. I was seen in a timely manner, staff was caring and professional. After a quick exam and test, I was diagnosed and off to get my meds. Started feeling better after taking my meds and had a smooth recovery. Could not have asked or expected any better care. Great Team!!

I went in about 8:10, easy checking, seen right away, test done for sore throat, checked all my vitals. Everyone was very professional, pleasant & efficient. I live nearby so it is very convenient. I was home within an hour.

The ipad check in has got to go. Terrible experience.

The wait time is always a problem here. They're perpetually understaffed. We were quoted with an hour to 1.5 hour wait time, and it was well over 2, and then we waited even more until we saw the provider (an NP). Total time was 3 hours and 15 minutes, to confirm a flu diagnosis.
