Today, I sat in the waiting room for a little over 1.5 hours. I had made an appointment at 12:00. I left Roper in West Ashley at 2:35. They were so behind, I still haven’t received results from my X-ray, 4.5 hours later. My main issue is, why make an appointment if you can’t actually get the patient in at the time scheduled? I was so late picking up my children due to the fact that I live on James Island and wasn’t expecting to be there so long. The James Island Roper Express Care said they couldn’t take me because their X-ray department wasn’t operating today. It’s been a long, irritating process.

This was a follow up visit for an ear infection and loss of hearing in my right ear.About twenty minute wait time to go back and fifteen to see the PA.Super nice and was.very thorough.Explained before or as she did it! Would definitely recommend!!!

Had a flareup of gout which I have had before. Went to clinic near Bee's Ferry Road. Check was fast and easy and the wait time was not too long consider that there were a lot of others there in a Monday morning. All staff were friendly and took ample time with me. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and prescribed correct medication. Am very happy with your service

I suggest that you remove “Express” from the name. Things haven’t been “Express” for a while now. The staff is great, but apparently you need more of them! When I checked in, there were 5 people ahead of me. It took just over 2 hours for the doctor to get to me. Staff your facilities properly!
