Made an appointment the evening before. Such a great option to make appointments after hours. Walked in to an empty waiting room, checked in, and was called back within five minutes. Love how professional and compassionate the staff is. Needed an Rx, and it had been called in and filled by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. Could have not asked for a more pleasant experience! Thank you!

Had rash all over body last night, made appointment that night for this morning. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. This might be an unusual short wait time for Express Care. In the past sometimes it takes a day or two to get appointment because of high volume of patients needing to be seen. But this was the fastest I have ever been seen.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Front desk was nice, nurse and doctor did an awesome job. No one really wants to go see a doctor but having them really care about you makes it easier. Definitely will use this place again!

Made an appt for a runny, itchy nose, cough and sore throat.  Appt was easy to make on the phone, registration lady, nurse and doctor very nice. Dr listened to my complaints and answered my question about taking other medications. Facility was very nice and clean.

No wait time – had to go to JCMG to get an x-ray. I have no problems with urgent care. I do however have problems with follow up. I was told that I would be called the next morning by mid morning with results. At 3 PM Monday afternoon I called the urgent care office and was told the doctor would contact me that day. It’s Tuesday 3:40 PM and I have yet to hear from anyone.

From check-in to the initial staff care — my visit was very pleasant and positive! The receptionist, nurse and J. Holsman was very attentive and caring at the JCMG Elm Court location.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and understanding. I got the prescription I needed and was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I have been sick for 4 days now. Walked in, and was able to be in and out in 30 mins or so. Joe was amazing. All the staff was caring and understanding. Joe prescribed my medicine and I was able to leave. Easy and fast!

The MA that roomed us and the NP that took care of my daughter were amazing! So friendly and caring. Scheduling on-line is quick amd easy. Thank you!
