I have never been to the JCMG Express Care and was certainly glad I found them!! Such nice staff from the front desk very sweet lady to the very kind and helpful Nurse Practioner!! A very competent and efficient group with their "patients first" attitude!!! If ever necessary, I will return to JCMG Express Care!!! Thank You All!!!

My experience has been so comforting and reassuring! Nicole Mistler was quickly responsive and straightforward with the diagnosis and recommended treatment. This has been my third experience with her throughout a number of years and am always relieved when she walks in to be my provider!

Scheduled appointment the night before through SOLV. Appointment wait time was short, NP Nicole was great. Meds were sent to Pharmacy timely. Would recommend.

I’ve been coughing for a week, so decided I better be seen,  I was number 14 In the wait line but I just read. While I waited.  Nurse was nice,  Dr.  was nice.. I love JCMG. ALWAYS Have. My primary is Dr. Baskar,  she’s  wonderful!

I was brought in by my wife after falling and stating my right knee to right mid thigh was in pain and that I could not put any weight on that side and had fallen due to not being able to put weight initially injuring it. I was then just sent to radiology for X-rays where they x-rayed my knee only. Finished up two mins before 5 pm and was told I would not have results until the next day. I then later fell in my bathroom that same evening and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance. I then found out I had fractured my right hip and according to the orthopedic surgeon my right hip was more than likely broke when I went to JCMG earlier that day and he was surprised they only did an X-ray of my knee and not also my hip nor was I asked about any hip pain.

The appt was a waste of time. The first thing out of the nurse practioner's mouth is she is not going to be able to help your daughter and doesn't even ask about her symptoms. Absolutely infuriating.

Scheduling on line easy. Check in couldn’t have gone better. Staff friendly and helpful. Cost was what I expected. Care great. Definitely recommend but by the amount of patients waiting, I don’t think that is necessary!!  They show up and get great care which speaks for itself.

The N. P. was terrific explaining everything! What an exceptional young man! I haven't received this kind of care in many years!

Don’t remember my nurse’s name but she was very pleasant and efficient. Taylor was great and explained everything thoroughly. Easy in and out. Also the X-ray tech was kind and worked quickly. I will definitely come again if needed.

I woke up & my poison ivy got worse. I went to JCMG Express since MU Urgent care didn’t take care of my needs the first time I went in there. They gave me pill medicine & it’s helping a lot more than the shot. The doctor did her job of explaining everything to me and helped me with my itch. I will be using this place again in the near future.
