Dr. Grover is always so wonderful. So quick, caring and thorough. It’s always a great visit when I get to see him.

Everyone was so friendly and caring. New system on entering but was easy to use. I highly recommend everyone going to Roper Express Care they are truly wonderful. My daughter and I come here whenever we are feeling sick.

Took my daughter to urgent care for nausea and stomach pains. The nurse was rude and wanted to kick me out of the room simply because I brought along her special needs siblings and went into the exam room with her. She said, “Does everyone have to be in here? Usually the doctor only wants 1 person in the room.” I told her, “My children cannot and will not sit alone in the waiting room and I’d like to be in the room to see what is going on with my daughter.” She said she’d let the doctor know but the dr didn’t push the issue. It’s not so much what was said, it was how snotty she said it. The wait time the last two times I’ve had to visit this location has been between 1-2 hours just to be triaged and called into a room. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location on the future.

Came in for my granddaughter who had pneumonia as we thought, checked in, waited almost an hour, went to desk after people who came in before us got seen, went to desk to inquire, clerk ( who seemed in no hurry) finally said system not working but they found us in system and check in took forever- if system having problems you should have alternate system  to use, once with provider, all went well- your check in system and front desk need a lot of work especially with dealing with sick people- a little empathy and truly being sorry for lack of compassion would help a lot, but some are not capable of that- one time I have been terribly disappointed in roper sf

They definitely call it Express Care for a reason. Was in and out in probably 10 minutes. The woman taking my vitals was rushing through it, the doctor coming into my room to check me out was rushing through it...gave me an antibiotic and steroid and sent me on my way! I don't even think they were listening.

Went in with a reoccurring uti (bladder infection ). Seen and diagnosed in 15 minutes total.  Already on way to get medication.  Doctor and nurse excellent!   Definitely going back if needed.

Check in easy, staff helpful and not be, and I my care was good. Dr. Grover was extremely nice and caring.

All staff was friendly, kindly , schedule appointment was easy to go through and wait time was reasonable

My daughter had a sore throat so we went to ensure she didn’t have strep or the flu, etc. When we walked in, no one greeted us even though there were a few ladies behind the desk.  I finally realized there was a new sign at the ‘wait here’ area. So now, they’ve added a new layer of check-in: you have to use a kiosk to fill out your information even though they have it on file electronically. When I queried the person at the counter, she confirmed you must fill out all information, as if you’re new to their location. We’ve been there numerous times. I’ve heard Mercy bought out Roper a few years ago and they are implementing changes. In other words, in my opinion, reducing customer service in order to reduce expenses. The triage person and PA were both super nice and effective, but the check-in process leaves a lot to be desired.
