I had a fever consistently for three days and ended up coming in to get checked out. I ended up getting done with my appointment within 30-35 minutes which is great! The Physician’s Assistant that saw me, Lori, was amazing! Very personable and caring! I would definitely recommend both Lori and all of the rest of the staff here!

Worst wait time ever, not sure why, knowing it's a busy day that you would only have 1 person working. Unsatisfactory.

Went into office and signed in, saw a caregiver and left. Probably total of an hour. Success!

Needed to be seen for elbow pain.  From arrival time to departure it was only 30 minutes!    Dr Grover could not have been any nicer!👍👍 Check in and lpn taking vitals, not friendly.

Walked right in with only one person in the waiting room and checked right in. Then after an hour ‘n half of waiting and watching 12 other patrons come in, sign in, and be called back, we finally get called. After the triage nurse left, we waited another 30 on a nurse practitioner. Never saw a doctor. Got a diagnosis and was on our way out. A little over 3 hours total. Complete waste of my time, that I’ll never get back. It’s been this way the last few times I’ve had to take a sick child there. I won’t go back, there’s other places that I’m sure are quicker and would love to take my insurance. Completely DONE!

I've been down in South Carolina for three years now I had had totally replacement in Mount Pleasant and got sepsis But I've been to this walk-in center couple times now and I have a unique blood disorder, called a a gamma globulin anemia I came in, not feeling well with a very dark green, pasty sputum I asked for an antibiotic they gave me some very low dose antibiotic that unfortunately doesn't usually work on me and I did explain that to the doctor or PA not sure what she was. She was very nice but you're dealing with a game of liability and anemia you have to be a little bit more aggressive with the antibiotics, please

Had a bad cold for weeks, came in to get looked at. Staff was fantastic, very caring. Took excellent care of me. And now, a few days later I’m finally feeling better ~ thank you all 🥰🩷💜🌻

Everything about my visit was excellent except the use of the automatic blood pressure machine. They never work on me and kept applying extreme pressure. I finally ripped it off and the nurse too my pressure manually. My arm still hurts. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Staff was pleasant and fast. No waiting time. NP was awesome and helped resolve my issue quickly and thoroughly.  I would highly recommend this provider.
