I devolved a nagging cough that kept me up at night for the past 3 night. Since I couldn't get a same day appointment with my primary care physician I decided to go to the Express Care clinic.  After checking in online I will called to be seen within 15 minutes in waiting room.  The entire staff was very professional and helpful. So was the initial technician that took me to the doctor's office to do my initial screening. Dr. Joh Carter was truly comforting in his communications. He is the type of doctor that I would want as my primary care or specialist physician. I would hight recommend Dr. Carter to everyone in need of medical care. He took to care to explain his diagnosis, answered my questions in very understandable terms and explanied the prescription to get me well.  After visiting the pharmacy for my medications I went home and had a very good night's sleep without the nagging cough that I experienced over the past three nights.   My Express Care visit as a truly great experience.  Thank to all the staff for their excellent care.

This is my go to place when I can’t get to my doctor! They are quite efficient, caring and give excellent care.  TJ and Nurse Amy were very attentive to my condition! Thanks to all the staff.

Always Professional and I had a Bladder infection. Didn’t wait long and you’re in and out. I highly recommend them.

I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time. I felt like the doctor actually took the time to listen to me and properly diagnose me.

Al and Maria were WONDERFUL in helping me get into my-chart today. They spent over 20 minutes working with me until it worked.  The PA and the nurse were great.  Wonderful, fast and efficient.  It was a great experience.  I did have to wait about 45 minutes, but once I did it went quickly.

Was assaulted and battered at work by a juvenile.   Needed laceration to my head examined and ended up with 3 staples.  Staff were great and accommodating.   Checking was helpful getting the information I needed since it is a work comp case.   Overall was very pleased with my care especially in the emotional state I was in following the incident.
