Went in with a laceration that was becoming painful and oozing. My palm was basically glaced at by the doctor. I was sent on my way with a rx for antibiotics and a referral. I had to stop the nurse to ask if there was anything extra I could do to care for it. She said to use soap and water and to keep it covered. "So basically do what wasn't done here?" Left with paperwork and an open wound that wasnt even cleaned.

TRAVELERS BEWARE!!! The staff is very friendly but don't use this place for a Covid test for travel. VeriFLY and Carnival Cruise Lines do NOT accept hand-written test results, and the staff here REFUSES to type or e-mail the results, which makes the whole process useless. Now, two days before travel, I'm having to find an acceptable testing location

No wait time just filling out my paperwork they accepted my insurance, got me back within 5 minutes and due to covid a lot of people are scared to look at me! The staff here treated me very well Dr. Stiles took his time to insure that I left feeling better. When I went in there my pain was a 10 after I left my had subsided to a 5. They didn’t try to charge me for anything extra great group of people.

I’m a travel nurse in Temple and needed to be seen. I found Express ER on the internet and am glad that I did. The care I received was top of the line. Refeala, Becca, AJ and Dr Rodriguez were all wonderful. The professionalism shown, as well as the personal touch were wonderful. I’m not sure why there were not more people using this location. If you need medical help go see them.

In these trying times it’s such a blessing to have these hero’s to count on. This clinic is the best. So very clean & the staff goes above & beyond. Kaylee is so kind. Amber was my nurse, so professional & personal. My tech Urie, got me in & out without crucial pain. Doctor Rodriguez was so kind & knowledgeable. A great bedside manner that’s hard to find in these times. When you feel so bad & get this kind of medical service...there’s still hope.
