I arrived Monday evening had been in a car accident and was in need of care. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional and showed no empathy. Her main concern was having the claim number or I could not be seen. The only other option was pay out of pocket because my insurance was not accepted when in an accident. I explained that I called my insurance and was waiting for the return call but needed to see a doctor. My wife said to leave which we did and went to the hospital where I am been treated for injuries. I suggest this company train their front desk staff to show some empathy and be professional. Even if that claim number is a hard rule at least be tactful with the delivery and and not be rude. The person had the nerve to continue to repeat how will they get paid and no service without a claim number. I'm so disgusted by that encounter tonight, I will never return and will share with my family. It's really unfortunate to have such rude and unprofessional staff be the first to greet you when you are sick or have experienced an unexpected emergency.

Staff very accommodating.

I felt the staff was surly and rude. Surprisingly so - since there were only 4 patients in the place a 9:00a. I was chastised for following exactly the instructions provided to me by the Express Care communication mechanisms. I also witnessed them speaking rudely to other patients for doing exactly what the staff had just asked them to do, apparently erroneously, and no apologies given. I saw no reason for the rude treatment. The medical staff (technician and provider) were both excellent. The wait time was probably usual for a medical facility. No real complaints there. The cost was fair. I would recommend the ExpressCare concept, but not this particular group of staff people at that location. I found them to be unfriendly and rude. And that was before either I, or the other patients, had uttered a word to them.

Set an appointment but need to wair for 1hr 45mins. Staff is nice but look like it's short of stuffing.

I had a great experience but the wait time was too long . Not sure what was going on in the back . But I got there at 9 and waited like a hour in half . They took ppl that came in after me and I am not sure why.

Scheduled an appointment online for 12:00pm. There was no record of it at the kiosk or front desk even after I showed them the confirmation on my phone. Had to start the register process over again and then after finally getting re-registered after multiple attempts to do so on my phone had to use the staff’s iPad. After waiting 4o minutes asked the staff how long it would be and was told there were seven people in front of me. That was enough, never coming back or recommending this place. Not even I see you scheduled your appt and let me see what we can do.
