They make it sound like you can make an appointment online, but that’s just a virtual line. They only have one provider but open up many “appointments.” The actual provider was fine and did what we needed them to do, but the wait was unreal. It would’ve been quicker in the ER.

I registered online as recommended by my family member to expedite wait time. When I arrived at the recommended 10min before appt. Time I inadvertently signed another patient in not realizing until the medical asst. informed me that they didn’t have me in the system. I was asked if I was in the correct location. I presented my confirmation email and txt that I had successfully registered and my appt was set for 3pm. The med. asst. did find my name and the other assistant confirmed that they were having sign in issues. Each and every person who arrived for their appointment was told the same thing. At this point one would think to have the problem with online registration looked into and corrected. Then the patient that arrived 15 min after me that signed in went in front of me. It’s currently 4:51pm. 2 hrs after my arrival ans I still haven’t seen the physician. About 2in ago they did the flu swab by a very unfriendly as well as the front staff. One positive note. After being seen by the PA. Gail. She was superb, professional, and friendly!

Got to my 9AM scheduled appointment only to be told system didn’t record info and do all over again (same for at least 5 others trying to check in. Your online tool SUCKS. Marked an item “NO” then system wouldn’t let me continue. Went to staff for assistance. They had an attitude especially after I questioned her response that I had to mark “YES”. Why give an option. Then waited 45 minutes before being called back, even though I had 9AM appointment. Had a COVID and flu test which resulted in bloody nose. There are now other Urgent Care options in Eldersburg - I will be using those if this is best you can do.

I will never go back. Instead of listening the doctors are in and out an don’t care. If you ask then for a medicine that you know works for you they walk away. Bedside manners are horrible
