best urgent care around!

Everyone was very friendly and the facility was clean, but I was not at all impressed with the doctor I saw. He barely examined me and probably spent a total of 2 minutes with me.

I waited an hour for a nose swab that took less than a min

I went to their office for a covid test for international travel on 12/18/2021 which is supposed to be free with my insurance, only to be billed $241.00 through mail. I called their office for an explanation since it was the first time I have been billed for a covid test out of the 6 times I have been tested this year (My insurance has covered 100% of all the other 5). but none was forthcoming. I was told to email their billing department which they didn't have a phone number for. I remember being irritated for being asked to teleconference with a doctor twice for the non-symptomatic covid test, a nurse took my vitals and another one did the nose swab. I figured it was just their way of trying to milk the insurance company, which was probably why their billing charges were rejected by my insurance.

EZMED Timonium Urgent Care is as good as its name. Not just EZ but competent and friendly. They took care of my needs and sent me the results I needed on the same day. I highly recommend Timonium Urgent Care. The staff is fantastic. Very good people !

Great place

This place is a disgrace. Lied to us about having tests. Said wait for the shipment. We waitigg by with a 1 year old From 8am until 1pm. Nothing came. Called after for days and turned out they never were supposed to get any shipment. Horrible rude staff. Sanitation on the lowest level. Horrible horrible place. So sad this place is allowed to even be open.

Went in for a sinus infection; waited a long time and doctor agreed I had one, despite not examining me at all. Didn't prescribe anything...said it wouldn't help. I said it will only get worse and thanks for wasting my time and money. She then offered to give me a Covid test even though that was not a concern. It's an office...aren't they suppose to help sick people? Am I suppose to go back when it gets worse? I wish I could have my insurance deny them payment since they did absolutely nothing.
