Called to shedule an appointment and was put on hold after telling them my insurance was CA Health and Wellness (MedCal). Was than left on hold for 30+ minutes before deciding to hang up and call back. Called back stated that I had been holding for someone to help schedule an appointment but was again immediately put back on hold and yes sounded like the same person I spoke to the first time. If they"re not taking MC patients then they should just say so and not be so rude and disrespectful. I don't understand how such caring doctors and PA's like Tony Kelly can have the front staff that they do...
