I am writing this to wake up the powers that be. Your office and staff have really gone down hill in the last year. Been a patient for over 15 years and never have I seen such a mess. Go to the lab to get bloodwork done, was told that ‘ I am not taking anymore patients today even though I was told to drop buy at my convenience. Second issue- I have been trying to get an appoint for a while, it’s been almost 3 weeks and all I get when I call is a busy signal then a recording comes on telling me to leave my phone number for a call back - not received. Thirdly, I’ve been put in a room after being checked in then I was forgot. I opened the door and everyone was gone but the dr, who then took care of me. There are many instances that I could share but I won’t, hope this helps .
