My child and I were feeling sick and with a short yet detailed visit to this clinic, my son and I are on the proper medication to get on the path to feeling better. Great and friendly staff. Not to mention informative and caring medical staff. Definitely my go-to place for future visits. Even made my non-sick child feel welcomed.

Easily made an appointment for the same day. Waited almost an hour after my scheduled time to be seen. Provider (who I’ve never seen there before, and have gone many times prior) seemed to dismiss my symptoms to a viral cold and was in and out in less than 5 minutes after waiting so long. She suggested exactly what I had been doing for a week already. Today not any better than before I went in yesterday. Usually I’m very happy, but disappointed this time around.

Having a double ear infection along with Sciatica, the staff and PA were very accommodating and very kind. I’ve been going to Family first a couple of years now and have never been disappointed.

My visit was pleasant &everyone was friendly. Was seen within 10 minutes.

I’ve been happy with Family First almost every time. Two times I was not and it turns out, both times were the same provider. She isn’t overly thorough and isn’t very friendly. I will check going forward and if she’s on duty, I won’t go.

Scheduled my daughter for an appointment on line. Never a problem with that and have always been happy with care. Today we saw a PA that basically told us Tis the season of colds!  My daughter being so congested and not feeling well and this was day  5 and she sounds horrible! She didn’t even look in her ears and sent us home with a post it to pick up mucinex DM (which we told her we have been doing) very disappointed with her care or lack there of !

No wait and the staff was great!  Was in and out and they were very helpful.
