After 5 years I decided enough was enough and took my health care elsewhere. I actually liked my doctor until he showed me his level of compassion by leaving me on the cusp of thyroid coma by refusing to adjust my hormone meds. Nice guy that Nick Wilson is. To be fair he is only a PA. A lot of the staff is unqualified in that way. One of the aides hung the phone up on me 3 times because she did not know how to communicate my needs to my doctor. She came off hateful and unwilling to present anything I had to say. It was a very terrible ordeal.
