I had not been feeling well for a full week. It became worse. I was able to book a virtual appointment with ease. The doctor was well aware and understanding of my symptoms. The staff is always well caring. I would absolutely recommend Mrs. Gabriela ❤️

Called to get my prescription refilled. Was told they can't do that over the phone yet they can on a video call? Then the video call won't work so the nurse calls me to tell me she can't refill my prescription and only the doctor can over the phone. So now I'm waiting for the doctor to call back hours later to get me what I call for 3 hrs prior.

Convenient scheduling. Did not get the medications I requested for my daughter; wasted visit.

Needed a different prescription because the one I had been taking was becoming less effective. I travel for my job so I am normally prescribed about 30 pills. The person helping me evidently wasn’t trying to understand that I’m gone for 2-3 weeks at a time and only prescribed me 7 pills. Now I have to fly back for additional medication

My daughter had a fever come back and I had already taken her to urgent care in my area and we left there without a diagnosis. I found Family Urgent Care and was so completely satisfied with the experience. My daughter had antibiotics in her system within 30 minutes of the appointment. And, the appointment took less than 5 minutes once it began. The provider listened and gave me thorough instructions and guidance. I would 100% recommend this provider.

I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday and have been having just about every symptom you can imagine. My own primary care physician could not even get me into her office to be seen nor return my call. I was so grateful to get an immediate appointment today with family urgent care. Gabriella was my nurse practitioner, and I would definitely return there to see her. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and throw. She gave me exactly what I needed.

Unfortunately I’m still waiting almost 24 hours later for my prescription to be filled!

Had been in pain for a whole day could barely walk, decided to do a virtual doctors appointment,she was patient she let me explain didn't overstep or over talk,she not only prescribed me to meds but gave me paperwork to get a x-ray.Amazing
